Junior Success
It's gold for Mammoth, thanks to junior road racer Will Penn who won the West Midlands Region Junior Circuit Championships at Shrewsbury. Will had to compete in the same event as elite riders and not only was he the first junior across the line, he also finished third overall. Brother Harry was there in support and finally finished 13th overall.
Mammoth's other Junior, Russ Falder finished a creditable 18th and in the points in theTom Simpson National Junior Grand Prix at Harworth in Nottinghamshire. Russ was riding for the West Midlands Development Squad.
