Gary Foord
started his coaching career immediately after retiring from the
world class racing circuit
in 1998 and went straight into coaching the Great
Britain MTB Team where he spent four years, first as
National Coach and then as Senior National
Coach. As well as many World Cup victories
highlights included workimg with Nicole Cooke
through to Gold at the World Championships and training Liam
Killeen to Gold in the
European Championships and Gold
at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.

Gary
is now contracted to British Cycling to
work with their elite athletes and is currently looking after star British
Rider Liam Killeen leader of the Specialized factory team and
a major contender for World Cup honours.

Gary is also able to run Seminars and Training

specifically geared to each cyclists needs. Gary's involvement in Cross
Training means that he can also advise on fitness levels and training

want to vary their preparation and expand their performance levels.
