Sports Injuries
Any (musculo-skeletal) pain that has arisen from either trauma or prolonged physical stress can be classed as a Sports Injury. We use a range of manual therapy techniques to relieve, manage and prevent pain and injury. We also advise on rehabilitation exercises.
